Previous work & results

Results matter. Context tells you whether they are relevant.

I’ve worked across SaaS and growth-led businesses where search needed to influence more than clicks or form fills.

The examples below focus on qualified demos, customer acquisition cost, pipeline and better commercial decisions.

I keep numerical outcomes separate from named clients unless the attribution is publicly documented.

These are selected prior outcomes, not universal benchmarks or promises for another account.

Results vary by market, budget, offer, baseline, funnel, tracking quality, sales follow-up and implementation. Metrics are not assigned to a named organisation unless that attribution is publicly documented. Prior outcomes do not guarantee future performance.

Behind the numbers

Better results usually came from fixing the system, not finding one clever tactic.

Sharper demand capture

Put more budget behind searches with real commercial intent.

Campaign structure, search terms and exclusions help separate useful demand from activity that only looks busy.

Better page alignment

Continue the same buyer conversation after the click.

The landing page needs to match the search, clarify the offer, provide proof and make the next step credible.

Better conversion signals

Teach the system what a useful outcome looks like.

Tracking and downstream context help distinguish form volume from qualified demos, opportunities and pipeline.

More disciplined scaling

Increase spend when stronger evidence supports it.

Budget decisions should follow commercial quality rather than surface conversion counts alone.

Selected client work

Companies I’ve worked with across SaaS and growth-led markets.

These names document professional relationships and the published service involved. They do not imply that the numerical outcomes above belong to that organisation.

Client perspective

What clients valued about the work.

It is hard to find good Google Ads consultants, especially deep in B2B SaaS. He found creative solutions and packaged them so we could make fast decisions.

I would highly recommend him to any SaaS B2B company.

Your context matters

Prior results are most useful when the business problem is comparable.

More comparable

  • SaaS or B2B with a sales-assisted or higher-value funnel
  • Qualified demos and opportunities matter more than raw lead volume
  • Google Ads has meaningful spend or strategic importance
  • Your team can improve landing pages, tracking or CRM feedback
  • Leadership wants evidence for what to stop, test or scale

Less comparable

  • Ecommerce-first or low-value transactional acquisition
  • Very small budgets with limited commercial upside
  • Success is defined mainly by clicks, impressions or cheap form fills
  • Nothing outside the ad account can change
  • Previous results are expected to guarantee the same future outcome

The closer your commercial problem is to the first column, the more useful this prior experience is likely to be as evidence of fit.

A simple rule

If I cannot support the attribution, I do not make it.

A client relationship is one fact. A numerical result is another. I only connect the two when the attribution is documented.

SEO and AI Visibility are current services, but I will not present historical results for them until there is an attributable completed project I can responsibly publish.

Results questions

Read the proof with the right expectations.

Which services produced the numerical results shown here?

The published numerical proof comes from prior Google Ads and commercial search-growth work, including search-intent control, campaign restructuring, landing-page alignment, conversion-signal improvement and revenue-aware optimisation.

Are the numerical results attributed to the client cards?

No. Metrics and named client relationships remain separate unless a specific public attribution exists.

Are SEO and AI Visibility results included?

Not as historical numerical claims. SEO and AI Visibility are current services and methodologies. Verified outcomes should only be added after an attributable completed project.

Will the same results happen in another account?

No result can be guaranteed. Performance depends on demand, market, competition, budget, offer, baseline, landing pages, tracking, sales follow-up and implementation.

What is the best first engagement when performance is unclear?

Use the Search Diagnostic when the main Google Ads or SEO + AI Visibility constraint is unclear. It provides a focused diagnosis, prioritised findings and a 90-day roadmap for one selected track. Compare the current scope on the Pricing page.

Can Andrei manage Google Ads directly?

Yes. Google Ads Growth provides senior strategy and direct Google Ads management for teams that need ongoing ownership.

Where can I compare current services and prices?

Use the Services page and Pricing page for the current offer structure, scope and published prices.

What should I bring to a fit call?

Bring the main commercial problem, relevant search setup, approximate Google Ads spend where applicable, important landing pages, measurement limitations and what sales says about lead or demo quality.

Compare the evidence to your problem

Is your search problem similar enough to be worth a conversation?

Bring the current setup and the commercial outcome you are trying to improve.

We can decide whether the right next step is ongoing work, a Search Diagnostic or no engagement at all.
