Search Diagnostic for B2B SaaS
Find the search bottleneck before you spend more fixing the wrong thing.
Choose Google Ads or SEO + AI Visibility. I diagnose one defined commercial question, rank the strongest constraints and turn the evidence into a practical 90-day roadmap, without requiring an ongoing engagement.
Andrei Visan’s Search Diagnostic is a fixed-scope €1,500 project for B2B SaaS and relevant B2B companies. The client chooses either the Google Ads or SEO + AI Visibility track, Andrei diagnoses one defined commercial question, ranks the constraints and provides a prioritised 90-day roadmap and readout.
What you’re actually buying
The deliverable isn’t a list of problems. It’s a decision about what deserves attention next.
Separate symptoms from evidence.
Establish what the available account, page, measurement and commercial evidence can responsibly support.
Identify the strongest constraint.
Find the issue most likely to affect the defined commercial decision.
Protect attention from low-value work.
Keep secondary issues from receiving the same urgency as the main constraint.
Sequence the next 90 days.
Order work by commercial value, confidence, effort, dependency and measurement.
Who should own the work?
The hand-off clarifies whether implementation belongs with Andrei, the internal team, an existing agency or another specialist. The answer is not assumed in advance.
When diagnosis is useful
Start with the Search Diagnostic when uncertainty is expensive.
Diagnosis is useful when choosing the wrong next project, budget decision or owner could waste more than the cost of resolving the uncertainty.
Several plausible causes compete.
Campaigns, pages, tracking, content or technical issues all look important and need a defensible order.
Activity exists, but quality is unclear.
Traffic or conversions exist while lead quality, opportunity creation or the actual constraint remains uncertain.
A major investment is approaching.
A budget increase, rebuild, agency change, redesign, migration, repositioning or content investment needs better evidence.
Leadership needs a decision.
The team needs to know what to fix, stop, protect, test or implement over the next 90 days.
When not to buy it
Skip the diagnostic when the right intervention is already clear.
The diagnostic is optional. Ongoing work does not require a paid audit when the ownership problem and sensible scope are already understood.
Direct ownership is clear
Google Ads clearly needs management.
Go directly to Google Ads Growth when paid-search ownership is the known problem.

SEO + AI Visibility needs ongoing work.
Go directly to the ongoing service when commercial-page and discovery ownership is understood.
Explore SEO + AI VisibilityDiagnosis already exists
Do not pay to repackage evidence.
A reliable, current diagnosis should move into prioritisation or implementation, not another report.
Execution only
The team already knows what must change.
If the requirement is purely implementation, a new diagnostic may add unnecessary work.
One product, two selectable tracks
Choose the uncertainty you need to resolve.
Both tracks cost €1,500 and produce the same four decision outputs. The evidence and analysis change with the selected channel.
Track 01 · Paid search
Search Diagnostic · Google Ads track
Choose this when Google Ads investment is active or planned but the next commercial account decision is unclear.
- Why are conversions increasing without equivalent sales quality?
- Can we safely increase Google Ads budget?
- Is intent, structure, page quality or signal quality creating the problem?
- Should the account be rebuilt, restructured or managed differently?
- Account and campaign structure
- Budget allocation, search terms, intent and exclusions
- Ads, landing-page alignment and conversion paths
- Tracking, actions and available downstream quality signals
- Waste, risk and scaling opportunities
Track 02 · Organic and AI discovery
Search Diagnostic · SEO + AI Visibility track
Choose this when important commercial pages are difficult to discover, understand, trust or connect to the buyer questions that matter.
- Which commercial pages should own our most important questions?
- Why are priority pages difficult to discover or understand?
- Are duplication, crawlability, internal links or weak evidence the constraint?
- What should we fix before a redesign, migration or major content investment?
- Technical access and priority-page eligibility
- Commercial intent, page roles, overlap and relevant cannibalisation
- Buyer-answer, entity and evidence gaps
- Internal links, metadata and appropriate schema priorities
- Search Console and agreed conversion evidence
€1,500 covers one selected track.
It is not a complete Google Ads + SEO + AI Visibility audit. If the business question genuinely spans both channels, define a custom fixed scope or consider whether Integrated Search Growth is the more useful route.
What you receive
A decision-ready roadmap, not a generic issue export.
Current-state diagnosis
What is happening, where commercial value may be lost and which evidence supports the conclusion.
Ranked constraint map
Primary, secondary and lower-priority issues ranked by likely impact, confidence and dependencies.
Prioritised 90-day roadmap
Actions sequenced around commercial value, effort, ownership, dependency and measurement.
Readout + hand-off
A working conversation about findings, trade-offs, responsibilities, success criteria, implementation options and the smallest sensible next step.
How the project works
How the Search Diagnostic works
Typical target: 7–10 working days after all agreed access and context are available. The exact schedule is agreed before work begins and can change with complexity, access delays or stakeholder availability.
Fit + question
Clarify the commercial problem, decision, deadline, track and project boundary.
Access + evidence
Confirm only the accounts, pages, analytics, Search Console, CRM context and stakeholder input genuinely needed.
Analysis + prioritisation
Diagnose the selected system and rank the constraints relevant to the defined business question.
Roadmap + hand-off
Review findings, sequence, owners, measurement and responsible implementation routes.
Price and continuation
Use the roadmap internally, or continue only when the value is clear.
The Search Diagnostic costs €1,500 one-time for one selected track. If the matching ongoing service starts within 30 days, €750 of the fee is credited toward that engagement. Continuing is optional, and the client keeps the findings and roadmap regardless.
Any ongoing work requires a separate agreed scope. The credit is not an automatic retainer or hidden onboarding fee.
Scope clarity
Know what the fixed fee covers before work begins.
Included in the agreed project

Commercial-search judgement without invented diagnostic outcomes.
Andrei’s broader paid-search and commercial-search experience informs the diagnostic methodology. Historical Google Ads outcomes are not presented as results caused by this fixed-scope product, and no SEO ranking or AI citation result is implied.
Evidence boundary: the client perspective describes Andrei’s commercial search work and decision packaging. It is not labelled as a Search Diagnostic testimonial.
Review previous Google Ads and commercial-search workIt is hard to find good Google Ads consultants, especially deep in B2B SaaS. He found creative solutions and packaged them so we could make fast decisions.
Fit requirements
A focused diagnostic works best when there is a real decision to make.
Likely a strong fit
- B2B SaaS or relevant considered B2B
- Sales-assisted or higher-value funnel
- A visible search bottleneck blocks a commercial decision
- Several plausible fixes compete for attention
- Enough account, page or commercial evidence exists
- The team can implement or assign recommendations
- Leadership wants priorities, not a generic checklist
Probably not the right fit
- There is no defined business question
- The request is for an automated score or raw export
- Relevant evidence cannot be shared
- Nobody can implement after the project
- Direct ongoing ownership is already obviously required
- Guaranteed rankings, citations, leads or revenue are expected
Search Diagnostic questions
Clear answers before you book.
What does the Search Diagnostic cost?
It costs €1,500 one-time for one selected track and one defined commercial question/project boundary.
What exactly am I paying for?
You are paying for decision clarity: a current-state diagnosis, ranked constraints, prioritised 90-day roadmap and readout/handoff.
How do I choose between the Google Ads and SEO + AI Visibility tracks?
Choose Google Ads when spend, account decisions, intent, pages or signals are unclear. Choose SEO + AI Visibility when commercial-page discovery, understanding, evidence or technical eligibility is unclear. The fit call can help confirm the track.
Can the €1,500 diagnostic cover both channels?
No. It covers one selected track. A genuinely cross-channel question requires custom scope or consideration of Integrated Search Growth.
How long does the diagnostic take?
The typical target is 7–10 working days after all agreed access and context are available. Complexity, access delays or stakeholder availability can change the agreed schedule.
What do I receive?
You receive a current-state diagnosis, ranked constraint map, prioritised 90-day roadmap and a working readout with implementation hand-off.
Is implementation included?
The diagnostic includes analysis, prioritisation, roadmap and hand-off. Ongoing management and material implementation are separate unless explicitly scoped.
Is ongoing work required afterwards?
No. The Search Diagnostic is optional and can stand alone.
What happens to the roadmap if I do not continue with Andrei?
You keep the findings and roadmap. Your internal team, agency or another specialist can implement them.
How does the 50% continuation credit work?
If the matching ongoing service starts within 30 days, €750 of the €1,500 fee is credited toward that engagement. Any ongoing scope is agreed separately.
What access is required?
It depends on the selected track and question. Relevant access may include the ad account, analytics, landing pages, conversion setup, Search Console, website/CMS context or agreed CRM evidence.
Do I need account access ready for the first fit call?
No. Account access is not normally required for the first conversation.
Is Google Ads media spend included?
No. Media spend remains in the client’s Google Ads account and is separate from the diagnostic fee.
Can the diagnostic guarantee performance, rankings or AI citations?
No. It prioritises controllable constraints and decisions. Platforms, markets, implementation, the offer and sales process continue to affect outcomes.
When should I skip the diagnostic and go directly to ongoing work?
Skip it when the ownership problem and appropriate ongoing scope are already clear, or when a reliable current diagnosis already exists.
